DAY 1 ARRIVAL
On arrival at Entebbe international airport a representative from Wilderness trips will receive you and transfer you to your hotel. At the hotel, the tour guide will take you through your tour program and give you an insight on what to expect on your trip

DAY 2 FLY TO KASESE AND TRANSFER TO KIBALE FOREST NATIONAL PARK, UGANDA
Our representative will pick you up from your hotel for transfer to Entebbe International airport to catch up with a scheduled early morning flight to Kasese airstrip. On arrival at Kasese airstrip you will be met by a guide from Wilderness Trips who will transfer you to your lodge.
After lunch you have an optional of doing a tour of the crater lakes or community. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

DAY 3: HALF DAY CHIMPANZEE TREKKING IN KIBALE FOREST NATIONAL PARK
After an early breakfast you will set off for a half day search of chimpanzee and 10 other primate including phoestes, red Colobus, blues, and red tailed and grey cheeked mangabey. The guide will provide detailed explanations, not only on primates, but also on all the forest fauna and flora and will ensure that your walk is both informative and enjoyable. This walk is excellent for viewing bird life and seeing primates at close quarters. After lunch, you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

DAY 4 EARLY MORNING ROAD TRANSFER TO QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK FOR BOAT TRIP ON THE KAZINGA CHANNEL
After breakfast from your lodge this morning you will start your journey to Queen Elizabeth national park. On arrival in Queen Elizabeth national park you will check into your lodge have an early lunch and head out for an afternoon boat trip.
The afternoon boat cruise along the Kazinga channel is the highlight of your safari. Here you will have the opportunity to view great numbers of wildlife e.g. elephants monitor lizards, crocodiles, hippos, buffaloes and large numbers of birds e.g. eagles, kingfishers sparrow, the doves, weaver birds, eaglet and sun birds converging at the channel waters to enjoy a sip of the natural waters. You will also have a chance to reach the Uganda Congo border while on your cruise. You will then be driven back to your lodge for rest.

DAY 5, EARLY MORNING GAME DRIVE IN THE NORTHERN SECTOR OF QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK AND TRANSFER TO ISHASHA SECTOR OF QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK FOR A SUNDOWNER
After an early breakfast you will embark on a game drive to the northern sector of the queen Elizabeth national park through the Kasenyi track in search for buffaloes, lions, hyenas, water bucks, bush bucks, Uganda Kobs plus many bird species. Meal plan lunch
After an early lunch you will continue with your journey to Ishasha the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth national park.This evening you have an option of having a sundowner where you will enjoy great views of the national park as you watch the sunset over it.

You will later continue with your journey to the land of the Mountain gorillas in Uganda. Tonight you will sleep in the gorilla highlands. Meal plan Lunch enroute.

Road transfer to the northern sector of Bwindi impenetrable national park is approximately 3 hours
DAY 7 GORILLA TREKKING IN BWINDI IMPENETRABLE NATIONAL PARK,UGANDA.
After an early breakfast with your packed lunch, your guide will drive you the start of the tracking point or park head quarters from where the head game ranger will brief you at 8:00 am. You will be led through the gorilla paths in the thick Bwindi Impenetrable rain forests searching for the giant mountain Gorillas. In the company of an armed game ranger to scare away any unfriendly wild animals by shooting in the air but also you will have the un armed rangers who will pave for the way leading you to where the gorillas are for that day. Potters who help you carry any luggage such as packed lunch, water and any other items such as cameras are available at only 20$. In case one fails to take on the trek of the steep mountains these potters do the pushing as well and when you totally a stretcher shall be called in but at a fee 300$.
Once tracked, you shall be given 1 hour to view and interact with these beautiful primates plus taking photographs.
After this trek you will trek back to the starting point and find your guide who will drive you to your lodge for relaxation dinner and overnight

DAY 9 GORILLA TRACKING IN VOLCANOES NATIONAL PARK
After an early breakfast with your packed lunch, proceed to the park headquarters in Kinigi. for a briefing then at 8:00am. After the briefing get back to your car and drive to the edge of the park while enjoying stunning landscapes and scenery around Volcanoes National Park. You will start your trek and head into the forest in search of the gorillas. At the top of mountain, you will also enjoy the best view of the Crater Lake found on Bisoke Mountain. This tour will take you to the following sites; Nyamata Genocide Church, Kigali Genocide Memorial Centre, Kimironko Market, Inema Arts Center, Presidential Museum, Camp Kigali Memorial, Natural History Museum-Kigali, and Campaign Against Genocide Museum (CAG), where you will be able to immerse yourself in Rwandan history.After the city tour you will proceed to the airport to catch your flight.
