DAY 1 ARRIVAL
On arrival a representative from Wilderness trips who will transfer you to your Hotel will pick you up. At the hotel, the guide will take you through your tour program and give you an insight on what to expect on your trip

DAY 2 FLY FROM ENTEBBE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO KIHIHI OR KISORO AIRSTRIP
A guide from Wilderness trips will pick you from your hotel or place of residence for transfer to Entebbe International airport to catch up with a scheduled flight to Kihihi or Kisoro in Bwindi
On arrival at the airstrip you will be met by a tour guide from Wilderness trips who will transfer you to your place of accommodation for checking in and Lunch.

DAY 3 GORILLAS TREKKING
Up relatively early for a hearty breakfast to give you the energy needed for gorilla tracking. With your packed lunch report to the ranger station before 8:00 am for registration and a talk by one of the rangers. The guides will then take you through the bush, pushing your way through the undergrowth, parting thick creepers, to track the gorillas. A reasonable degree of fitness is required as well as a sturdy pair of walking shoes). Once you have found the gorillas sit in the forest amongst them and listen to them grumble to each other. Marvel at the sheer size of the dominant male; the silverback. What an extraordinary feeling sitting in the dense rainforest knowing you are with a few of the last remaining mountain gorillas !!!!

DAY 4 OPTIONAL SECOND GORILLA TREK OR COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES
Are you looking at spending more time with the gentle giants in the forest of Bwindi. You can opt to go for an secong gorilla trek or take on either gorilla activity you didn’t do yesterday. Alternatively you can also take park in community activities to enable you understand more about the Batwa who once lived in Bwindi impenetrable rain forest before it was gazzetted.

DAY 5 LEISURELY DRIVE TO ISHASHA OPTIONAL EVENING GAME DRIVE AND SUNDOWNER
After a hearty breakfast in at your lodge drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park through the Ishasha sector where you will have an enroute game drive in search of the famous tree-climbing lions alongside other wildlife like buffalo, elephants and bird species including eagles, kingfisher sparrows, bulbul, doves, weaver-birds, eaglets and sun birds.
You have an option for an evening game drive and sundowner to crown your evening.

DAY 6 LEISURELY DRIVE TO THE NORTHERN SECTION OF QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK FOR LUNCH AND AFTERNOON BOAT TRIP ON THE KAZINGA CHANNEL
Drive to the northern sector of Queen Elizabeth national park arriving in time for lunch and an afternoon launch cruise on the Kazinga channel for game viewing
This water safari on the Kazinga channel is the highlight of your safari today. Here you will have the opportunity to view great numbers of wildlife e.g. elephants monitor lizards, crocodiles, hippos, buffaloes and large numbers of birds e.g. eagles, kingfishers sparrow, the doves, weaver birds, eaglet and sun birds converging at the channel waters to enjoy a sip of the natural waters. You will also have a chance to reach the Uganda Congo border while on your cruise. Drive back to the lodge for Dinner and overnight. DAY 7 EARLY MORNING GAME DRIVE IN KASENYI AND QUEEN MILES OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES LIKE CRATER LAKES TOUR DRIVE IN THE EVENING
After a hearty breakfast this morning you will embark on a game drive in the northern sector of the Queen Elizabeth national park through the Kasenyi track in search of buffaloes, lions, hyenas, water bucks, bush bucks, Uganda Kobs plus many bird species e.g. marabou stock, ibis, vultures. You have an option to go for the crater tour lakes drive. This drive is great for scenic viewing of crater lakes in Queen Elizabeth national park and another opportunity to see more wildlife.
